![]() The restore process completes without any errors or indication of problems but the files we are expecting are either not there, or are showing as empty files showing 0kb in size. However when restoring this to a new drive (in 'Disk Mode' restore option) a lot of data does not get restored (at least 200GB of the total 420GB of data is missing. tib file in True Image, shows up fine, all the data appears to be there, last backup was apparently successful. I'm familiar with Acronis products and use a number of them myself, however my experience with non-stop backup has always been problematic. So they've provided the copy of their Acronis 2014 non-stop backup on a external drive and a CD of the software so we can restore it. The story is, customer spilt drink on their laptop, toasted everything including the hard drive. I'm experiencing a strange issue here with restoring from a backup. ![]()
